Arhitektura Andrej Filipović d.o.o. is architecture and urban planining office founded in 2019, located in Poreč and Zagreb. Our main goal is to create a unique architecture adapted to the local environment, taking into account contemporary design principles and today’s needs of space use, as well as the highest standard of energy efficiency.
Our range of services consists of an analysis of spatial possibilities on potential land in relation to the client’s vision in the early stages of investment, before the purchase of land, evaluations and advice on the selection of land in relation to location conditions and spatial possibilities, up to the complete creation of project documentation of all phases, and design supervision of the construction site together with a complete team of collaborators.
We are also able to find a suitable team of contractors for you, and follow you until the very end of the investment, and even later.
