The building’s facades are designed to harmonize with the surrounding architecture while ensuring the highest possible quality of living. The ground floor has larger openings to connect with the terrain, while the first floor has smaller openings to provide privacy and blend with neighboring buildings. Some parts of the facade are plastered in a light white color, while others are clad in traditional Istrian stone to maintain compatibility with the surrounding structures.
